The Yorkshire Cricket Club

Warnborough College has teamed up with Pro Coach Yorkshire Cricket to offer a unique International Cricket School offering.

The Yorkshire County Cricket Club is one of the greatest clubs in the world. Established over 150  years ago, the history, tradition and passion of Yorkshire cricket is renowned throughout the world.  No other county in the history of the game has won more trophies and produced more players for England.

This unique program allows participants to earn qualifications from the English Cricket Board (ECB). In four weeks, participants will have the experience of learning at Warnborough College in Canterbury, and at Pro Coach Yorkshire Cricket.

What You Will Get

  • 1 week of English for Cricket/Cricket Management Concepts in Canterbury
  • Coaching from professional Yorkshire coaches
  • ECB Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Young People and Adults’ Cricket (QCF)
  • ECB Level 2 Certificate in Umpiring (QCF)
  • English language certificate
  • Opportunities to meet current and past members of the England and Yorkshire Cricket teams
  • Tickets to all Yorkshire Cricket games during the season

Who Can Do This Program?

Adults (18 years and above). You should have an English proficiency level of intermediate or above. If your proficiency is lower, you can add extra weeks of English language tuition at Warnborough College BEFORE you attend the cricket program in Yorkshire.

When Can I Start?

The programs begin from January 2018 and will run all year round.

Junior Training Program
