The Higher Diploma (L5) in Human Resource Management (HRM) is equivalent to the first year of a University degree. It looks at how companies employ people, develop their capabilities, use them to meet the company objectives, and compensate them for their efforts.
The ABE Higher Diploma (L5) in Human Resource Management (HRM) is accepted at many universities and can be used as a pre-requisite for entry into second year of University, or the ABE Graduate Diploma (L6).
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Any ABE Level 4 Diploma or equivalent qualification;
- Or 2 years relevant work experience
- And minimum English Proficiency at IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
